How do I cancel?
The plan renews automatically once a month from the linked card. To stop the charges, delete the card at the bottom of this page — access stays until the end of the paid month.
Can I switch plans or add a language?
Yes, right on this page. Pick the languages and press the button of the plan you want — a paid plan activates as soon as the payment goes through.
What is the source balance?
A source is a movie, series, book or audiobook in your library. Each plan has a source balance per language, and it grows with your level in the app: the more regularly you study, the more you can add. Start and Pro give two and three times more.
What are practice minutes?
A voice conversation with an AI partner: free talk, the Yes/No game and Alias with the words you are learning. Minutes come with every plan and refresh monthly. If you run out, minute packs can be bought in the practice settings, and they never expire.
What are the new features?
Features we open to paid subscribers first. Right now that is audiobooks: the text is synced with the narrator's voice word by word, and in dual audio mode every phrase is followed by its translation.
